SAMADHAN

 

A new Single window Public Grievances has been working in the district since 2000 by the name of “SAMADHAN”. It is located at the main reception of the District Secretariat Rewari. This cell is maintained by C & EA branch of DC Office. Public can give their grievance in written. The official will provide the printed Receipt No. The grievance is then sent to concerned department. Reminders are also given to departments and public can know the status of their grievance online by the number given to them. The pending reports officers wise also generated and discussed in monthly Public Grievances meeting.
